- information you provide when you confirm your account or upload documents related to your debtor.
- information about financial operations you perform on our website(s), and about fulfilment of your orders.
We use cookies to manage our website and services, advertisements and email programmes.
We keep records of enquiries and comments submitted by you.
We also collect your personal information when you enter promotions, participate in competitions or lotteries that we organise.
We may also collect information about you from other sources, including but not limited to credit reference agencies, anti-fraud services and business directories or other commercially or publicly available sources.
In addition, we record your visits to our website(s) and your browsing history, collect information such as browser type, mobile phone type, location and/or IP address.

Your personal information is not provided without your consent to anyone, except Inform Debtor, wishing to use it for advertising or marketing purposes. We summarise information about you and combine it with information about other persons, in a way that does not identify you personally, to understand how our products are used. Summarised personal information helps us improve products and services. Please note that we may use services of other companies to fulfil your order. In such a case, we ensure that we will provide these companies only with such information about you that is necessary to provide the service; these companies will not be able to use your data for any other purposes. The main purpose of collecting information is the provision of high-quality services to you.

3. Disclosure of information about you

We may disclose your personal information to any member of our team, i.e. an employee or contractor bound to protect and use it in accordance with the procedure laid down by the legislation.
By providing your personal information, you agree that such information may be disclosed to third parties in the following cases:
- if we sell or buy any business or assets;
- if Inform Debtor, or all of our assets, are acquired by a third party;
- or if we believe that such action is necessary to comply with the law or a binding legal act in order to protect another person, help clarify cases of fraud, address security or technical issues;
- if such action is necessary to protect rights and property of Inform Debtor in accordance with the procedure laid down by the legislation.

4. Information we collect when you use our website(s)

Statistical information that does not disclose your identity or business entity, e.g. data about visits to our website(s) and browsing history. Also, such information as browser type, mobile phone type, location and/or IP address.
We use cookies and other similar tools in order to: provide the services customised for you, i.e. remember your preferences; help you find the information you need faster; show advertisements selected for you; ensure quick login.
Persistent cookies are used to recognise you as a user when you visit our website(s). We also use session cookies to identify individual visits to our website(s). The latter cookies expire after a certain amount of time.

5. How long does Inform Debtor store your information?

We store your information for as long as it is necessary to provide Inform Debtor services to you, deal with issues that arose, or for as long as it is prescribed by law. Information, or part thereof, may also be stored in cases and in the manner prescribed by law for as long as it is necessary to ensure compliance with laws and other legislation and/or handling of accounting.

6. How can you check your personal information?

As a customer, you have the right to view your personal information. This means that you can submit an enquiry and find out what personal information about you is stored and for what purposes it is used.
You can submit an enquiry, indicating your name, residential address, phone number and attaching a copy of a valid personal identification document, at the email specified at the bottom of the privacy policy document.
Inform Debtor may ask you to pay an administrative fee for processing such an enquiry.

7. Correcting personal information

As a customer, you have the right to correct your personal information. To do this, please contact us. In most cases, you can view and correct personal information after logging in to your account. To protect your personal information and prevent it from being viewed and edited by others, you can only access personal information by first logging in to your account with your username and password.

8. Security and data retention

The security of your personal information is very important to us. Our data processing technology solutions are provided by a company that specialises in data protection.
Sensitive information provided by you to us is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) cryptographic protocol. We follow generally accepted standards to ensure data security both during data transmission and once we receive the data. Any changes we make to the Privacy Policy in the future will in all cases be posted on this page, and in some cases will be notified to you additionally by email.
